ABOUT US
Charles is a Rhema graduate of Rhema Tulsa while Ximena is a graduate of Rhema Peru. Both or ordained ministers under the Rhema Alumni Association of Rhema USA. He is serving on the mission field in Arequipa, Peru, with his wife Ximena, where he has been for more than 20 years. His first trip to Arequipa was the summer of 1994 and his second trip was in 1997 through 1998. Presently he is in the midst of his third trip to Arequipa, Peru, where he has been serving since September of 2000. He started off serving in one church working with leaders and volunteers, training and equipping them to serve better in the church in the helps ministry. He eventually was promoted to the leader of all the helps ministry where he then was promoted to the pastor of the helps ministry leading more than 400 volunteers.

Over the last 11 years, he and Ximena have been independent in the work they are doing, able now to be a blessing to more pastors and churches. They host a coffee break for pastors in Arequipa and one in Puno and Juliaca combined for pastors and leaders as well as seminars, conferences, and special services in all three cities throughout the year.

Their heart is to be a blessing to pastors as well as helping them to develop and equip their people to do the work of the ministry more effectively and run with the pastor's vision! By doing all these things, with the prayers and financial support of their Faith Ministry Partners they are extra hands for pastors!
