Charles is a graduate of Rhema Tulsa, and his wife, Ximena, is a graduate of Rhema Peru. Both are ordained ministers under the Rhema Alumni Association of Rhema USA. Together, they have been serving as missionaries in Arequipa, Peru, for over 25 years now.

Charles first visited Arequipa during the summer of 1994, followed by a second trip from 1997 to 1998. He is currently on his third mission in Arequipa, which began in September 2000. Initially, he served in a local church, working with leaders and volunteers to train and equip them for more effective service in the helps ministry. Over time, he was promoted to lead the helps ministry and later became the pastor of the helps ministry, overseeing more than 400 volunteers.

For the past 15 years, Charles and Ximena have been working independently, expanding their reach to bless more pastors and churches. They organize coffee breaks for pastors in Arequipa, as well as in Puno and Juliaca, creating opportunities for pastors and leaders to connect. Additionally, they host seminars, conferences, and special services across all three cities throughout the year.

Their mission is driven by a passion for supporting pastors, helping them develop and equip their congregations to effectively fulfill the work of the ministry and align with the pastor's vision. With the prayers and financial backing of their Faith Ministry Partners, Charles and Ximena strive to be invaluable extra hands for pastors in their ministry work.
